Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco (born Angela Maria Ani DiFranco) is an American as well as a Canadian artist and singer. There are more than 20 albums. Her music is categorized as alternative rock, folk rock, but it also has hints of hip-hop and jazz. Ani DiFranco is widely recognized as the feminist's icon and Grammy award-winning musician is thought to be the pioneer in DIY music. She was among the first musicians to launch the label she created in the year 90. DiFranco has two daughters: Elizabeth (Ross), and Dante Americo DiFranco. They were introduced at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her father had Italian heritage and her mother was Montreal-born. Ani diFranco wrote and performed the song 32 Flavors. The song can be found on the sixth album Not a Pretty Girl by Ani DiFranco, that was released in 1996. Another version of the song appears on the film soundtrack for 1999's Canadian romance film Better Than Chocolate. DiFranco apology was made in the year 2013 after it was revealed that she was hosting the three-day event at the site of a Louisiana ex-slave plantation. A lot of people (including us) did not feel moved by her cancellation. DiFranco released a second apology just a few days later than the initial. Her name is associated with her Little Folksinger music, but she's worked with many artists and genres from Pete Seeger to Chuck D. She lives in New Orleans. Ani has the name Kristen Ford. When she was 14, she had begun creating her own music. They were played in cafes and bars throughout her teens. DiFranco went to Buffalo State College after graduating at the age of 16 from Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts.
